Cancellation, Exchange and Return Policy

If you want to make a request for exchange or return of any item purchased through this website, please email us your request at support@thefabricfables.com . We will endeavour to respond to your request within two working days and process it according to the following policy:

  • You can make changes to your order within the first 24 hours of placing it. If you wish to modify any details, such as size, colour, or quantity, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible within that time frame. After the 24-hour period, we cannot guarantee changes as the order may have already been processed for shipment.
  • We request you to check the product at the time of delivery, and accept delivery only if the product matches the specifications in your order.

  • We will process your request only if it is made within 7 days of delivery by email/ WhatsApp with photographs of the defect(s) in the product(s) you want exchanged.

  • We entertain exchange requests only if the wrong product or size is delivered, or if there is a substantial variation in the colour of the delivered product (minor variations may exist from the pictures available on the website). In such cases, we will ordinarily exchange the product for no additional cost to you, subject to the conditions listed in this policy. However, if the value of the new product is higher, you must pay the difference. If it is lower, the balance amount will be refunded.

  • We will entertain return/refund requests only if a defective product is delivered.

  • The returned/exchanged product must have its original sticker intact, and should be folded and packed properly so that it is not damaged in transit. It should not have been washed or used. To facilitate the return or exchange process, kindly send us unboxing videos and pictures of the product displaying the defects. Additionally, please include images of the original packaging.

  • No return or exchange will be processed if we find that the defect was caused by your acts or omissions. Any product bought during the sale or with a discount code will not be eligible for a refund.

  • We will entertain exchange/return requests only once per order. In exceptional cases, if a second request is entertained, we will charge Rs. 100 as processing fee.

  • All refunds will be provided in the form of a store coupon code / store credit that you can use at http://www.thefabricfables.com to order a new product. The store coupon code / store credit will be provided within 24 hours after the refund request is accepted. However, should you insist on a monetary refund, the refund amount will be sent via online payment for prepaid orders only.
